The Tour of Britain is an opportunity for smaller teams and young riders to draw attention to themselves. It's also the final chance for HTC to milk Mark Cavendish in front of a British audience. He'll announce his new team shortly after the ToB. |

HTC have won the past two editions, but this year they care more about Cavendish. Maybe Sky can finally outperform the American team? Or maybe they'll have to wait until next year, when HTC doesn't exist. |
